EBoost is a effervescent drink additive.   It comes in a single serving package and provides a wide range of vitamins and minerals/electrolytes.  It has an enormous amount of Vitamin B12 (2,500 mcg)… that’s 41,667% the recommended daily value.  It can only be purchased online.  A package of 24 will run around $24.  I am a fan of electrolyte replenishment before, during and after intense exercise.  Eboost is easy and tastes great.
